1. About Lunavic
Lunavic LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company operating at lunavic.co. We sell astrology-inspired merchandise (print-on-demand physical goods), digital downloads (PDF guides and journals), and personalized birth chart readings. All products and services are intended for personal use only.
By using this website, placing an order, or engaging with any Lunavic content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or make any purchase. By placing an order or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Lunavic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone we believe does not meet this age requirement.
You may not use this website if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law or if you are located in a jurisdiction where our products or services are restricted.
4. Products & Services
Lunavic offers three categories of products and services:
- Physical merchandise — print-on-demand zodiac-themed goods including tote bags, mugs, apparel, and journals, fulfilled by our third-party print partner Printify.
- Digital downloads — PDF guides and journals available for immediate download following purchase.
- Birth chart readings — personalized astrological reports prepared using birth date, birth time, and birth location provided by the customer. Currently offered manually; automated delivery may be introduced in the future.
Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at our sole discretion.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, Apple Pay, Carte Bancaire, JCB, Diners Club, and UnionPay. Accepted payment methods are subject to change.
By submitting payment, you authorize Lunavic and its payment processors to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. All transactions are processed securely by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. Lunavic does not store payment card information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that cannot be verified.
6. Sales Tax
Sales tax may be applied to your order depending on your location and the applicable laws of your state or country. Tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing or shipping address. You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applicable to international orders.
7. Digital Downloads
Upon successful payment, a download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Download links are active for 24 hours. If your link expires before you are able to download your file, contact us at hello@lunavic.co and we will resend it promptly.
Digital products are delivered in PDF format. You are responsible for ensuring your device is capable of opening PDF files before purchasing.
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made, regardless of whether the file has been downloaded.
Digital products are licensed for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, or use any Lunavic digital product for commercial purposes without express written permission from Lunavic LLC.
8. Physical Merchandise
Physical products are produced on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printify, and shipped directly to you. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, with standard domestic shipping of 2–5 additional business days. Total delivery time may be up to 12 business days. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International orders ship to most countries. Please allow 2–4 weeks for international delivery. Lunavic is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@lunavic.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will work with Printify to issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Lunavic is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
9. Birth Chart Readings
Personalized birth chart readings require your full date of birth, exact time of birth, and city of birth. By providing this information, you consent to its use solely for the purpose of generating your personalized report. This data will not be shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver your order.
Birth chart reports are prepared using astrological calculation methods and may incorporate AI-assisted interpretation tools. All reports are reviewed for quality prior to delivery.
All reading sales are final once the report has been delivered. No refunds are offered after delivery.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on lunavic.co — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, illustrations, product designs, PDF content, brand identity, and website design — is the exclusive property of Lunavic LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Lunavic content without express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of content for reference purposes is permitted provided attribution is given.

11. Prohibited Activities
By using this website, you agree not to:
- Use the site to advertise, promote, or offer to sell your own goods or services
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any digital content purchased from Lunavic
- Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the site
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Transmit any unsolicited communications, spam, or malicious content
- Impersonate Lunavic or any Lunavic representative
Lunavic reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and/or block access to anyone found to be engaging in prohibited activities.

This website may contain links to third-party websites including social media platforms and payment processors. These links are provided for convenience only. Lunavic does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
13. Marketing Communications
By joining our mailing list, you consent to receive marketing emails from Lunavic including new product announcements, lunar dispatches, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email. We will never sell your email address to third parties.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and all products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Lunavic does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lunavic LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, any product or service, or any content accessed through the site.
In all cases, Lunavic’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Any claim against Lunavic must be brought within 12 months of the date the claim arose. Claims brought after this period are permanently barred.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lunavic LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
17. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this site, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Lunavic at hello@lunavic.co. We will make good faith efforts to resolve the issue within 30 days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Laramie County, Wyoming. You agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding. Lunavic will pay arbitration fees if they are deemed excessive relative to the amount in dispute.
If any dispute proceeds to litigation rather than arbitration, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.
19. Changes to These Terms
Lunavic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Notice of material changes will be posted on the website. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lunavic LLC with respect to your use of this website and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
