Shipping

How long does delivery take?

All merchandise is printed on demand. Production takes approximately 2-7 business days, after which your orders ships. Standard domestic shipping adds another 2-5 business days on averge, so you should expect your order approximately within 5-12 business days. Delivery times are estimated and vary by location and between 5-12 business days within the US, but not guaranteed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination. Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon delivery.

Digital Downloads

How do I receive my digital product?

Shortly after purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. The link will be active for 24 hours - download and save your file right away.

What if my link expires?

Click the expired link and Squarespace will automatically send a new one to your purchase email address.

What format are the files?

All digital products are delivered as PDF files.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a Merchandise product?

All products are printed on demand. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, contact us at hello@lunavic.co within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a reprint or refund.

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

All sales are final once purchased. If you have not been able to access or download your file, contact us at hello@lunavic.co and we will try our best to resolve it.
